Bio
Brian C. Allen graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of the Arts in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2005.
He is admitted to practice before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including the Federal Eastern and Western District Courts in Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Brian is also an esteemed member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and Kentucky Justice Association.
He feels truly fulfilled being able to help injured victims and their families navigate a difficult situation and move on smoothly. That’s why Brian chose the path of helping people get their rightful compensation for negligently getting injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, commercial accidents, and other personal injury cases. He also handles social security disability cases.
