Bio
David Scott is a graduated with a BSBA degree in Business Management from the University of Louisville. He got his J.D. from the Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville in 2008. After graduating, he began his legal career as a felony prosecutor focusing on jury trials for victims involved criminal cases.
Since 2012, David has been representing clients in personal injury cases. He has secured several multi-million dollar and six figure successful settlements and trial verdicts for his clients. His clients vouch for his dependable and smart advice to give them fast and unique solutions to their legal problems.
David was named “Plaintiff Attorney of the Year” for 2015 by the publication, The Kentucky Trial Court Review. He is also a member of the Kentucky Justice Association and Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
In his free time, David loves spending time with his wife, playing guitar, and hitting the golf course for a few rounds.
