Shane Benson has a B.S. in psychology and B.A. in both philosophy and religion from the University of Georgia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. He is admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
After law school, Shane returned to Alaska where he lived from the ages of 12 to 18. He practiced in the areas of complex commercial litigation and employment law for both corporations and unions. Family brought him back to Kentucky, where he has worked for state government as a regulatory attorney in environmental and energy law, and for private industry in the legal area of health care subrogation and reimbursement.
He is grateful to return to private practice as an attorney with Isaacs & Isaacs to help those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. In his spare time, Shane enjoys time with his friends and family, the outdoors, movies, and reading.
