I handle cases for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents due to the negligence of others; including:
I am a national champion negotiator and together with my law school teammate, won the National Negotiation Competition (out of 120 accredited law schools) put on the American Bar Association for 2008.
The cases that stand out to me that I have handled for Isaacs and Isaacs involve clients suffering chronic symptoms due to concussion and traumatic brain injury sustained in car wreck. I have handled several of these types of cases, and while most clients make substantial recoveries there are usually some residual symptoms that continue to affect the injured person in their homelife. I do think the financial recovery we have made for our clients in many cases has made other parts of their lives easier to manage.
