Lindsey Hemsell holds a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from The University of North Texas (1986), and a J.D. From Creighton University (1991). Since he graduated from law school, his practice has been solely devoted to helping people who have been injured by others. His practice areas include motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, and medical negligence.
Lindsey is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Texas. He is also admitted in federal court in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of The Kentucky Justice Association and The American Association for Justice, and has been inducted into both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, membership of which requires having litigated a case to a verdict, or settlement, in an amount of at least two million dollars.
